The responsible parties designate the Human Resources Department as the entity in charge of handling data subject requests to exercise their rights under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of use or disclosure, and revocation of consent), via telephone, email, internet, or any other means made available.
6. Means for Exercising Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition Rights
Subject to the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, as of January 6, 2011, the data subject, personally or through a duly accredited legal representative, may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by submitting the corresponding request only through the contact units and means designated in this privacy notice as the “Personal Data Department.” The exercise of any of these rights does not preclude the exercise of another.
